Impact-first strategy

Intrapreneurs are agents of change working within corporate organisations. While they have deep commitment to bring about social change, many struggle to translate their vision into business value and face common challenges like securing executive support or scaling their work beyond one-off initiatives. The Unusual Pioneers programme brought together the most relevant and skilled experts from the global impact ecosystem to jointly support these change agents to scale their impact businesses. Partnering with 14 sector and innovation partners, we co-created an experience of learning and belonging for 15 corporate social intrapreneurs.
