Our manifesto is a shared declaration about the role we play in building a better future.
The manifesto brings together the understanding and knowledge each of us have, shaped by our own context and experience. This is distilled into our grounding principles and values that provide direction for everything we do.
We live in a society,
not an economy.
We believe that a future-fit business is not about generating profit. It is about a balance between serving societal needs, solving pressing challenges and protecting our home planet.
We are optimists.
The beauty of our work lies in the fond belief that business and society can thrive together, and the solutions are already within reach. Let’s dare to do what’s right, not what’s convenient.
We are human.
In every decision we make, every action we take, people come first. We want to make all voices heard and respected, enabling trust, eye-level exchange and mutual growth.
We are one piece of a large puzzle,
striving to boost business transition. We can not do the job alone, so we collaborate with those that acknowledge what we see: only together we can grow impact.
We aim to take less than what we give.
We aim to give back more than we borrow from people and the planet. Every resource we use to do the job is borrowed from nature and must be treated with respect and care.
